Our season runs from April to June. Our first practice will be 4/8/26.

Our players under 8 years old participate in practices once per week for the duration of the season and the only required equipment is a stick. This group participates in non-contact drills and games to learn the fundamental skills of lacrosse and foster a love for the game.

Boys players are divided into a 10U and a 12U team. Both teams participate in practices once per week and play games on Saturdays. Players must wear all protective equipment which is required by USA Lacrosse (USA Lacrosse Equipment Guide). The games are played against other local youth programs, and can be home (at Red Hook High School) or away. Away games are usually 30 minutes to an hour from Red Hook. There are usually about 6 games and 1 tournament in one season. 

Players under 12 years old will have the opportunity to practice once a week throughout the season, with a focus on skill development and enjoying the game. Depending on the number of players registered, we may schedule games or even participate in a tournament. This group emphasizes drills and activities to strengthen fundamental lacrosse skills, foster teamwork, and inspire a love for the sport in a fun, inclusive environment.
