2026 Winter Clinics

We will be offering a kickoff to the 2026 spring season winter clinics. The clinic will run for 2 weeks on Sundays from 12-2pm at Mirror Lake Retreat in Milan, NY. The address for Mirror Lake Retreat is 64 White Dr. , Milan, NY 12571.

The clinic dates will be March 15th and March 22nd. The clinic will cost $35 per player to attend both sessions. Clinic age groups will be for U8/U10/U12 boys and U8/U10/U12 girls.

Players will be required to have a USA Lacrosse membership in order to participate. USA Lacrosse memberships costs $30 for an annual membership. If your child's USA Lacrosse membership from last season is still active, you will be all set for the clinics. If your child's USA Lacrosse membership has expired, or you have never had one before, you will need to pay the $30 fee for a USA Lacrosse membership. If you renew or create a USA Lacrosse membership between now and the start of the clinics, this will also cover your USA Lacrosse membership for the 2026 spring season.

2026 Spring Season

Our season runs from April to June. Our first practice will be 4/8/26.

U8 Boys

Our players under 8 years old participate in practices once per week for the duration of the season and the only required equipment is a stick. This group participates in non-contact drills and games to learn the fundamental skills of lacrosse and foster a love for the game.

U10 and U12 Boys

Boys players are divided into a 10U and a 12U team. Both teams participate in practices once per week and play games on Saturdays. Players must wear all protective equipment which is required by USA Lacrosse (USA Lacrosse Equipment Guide). The games are played against other local youth programs, and can be home (at Red Hook High School) or away. Away games are usually 30 minutes to an hour from Red Hook. There are usually about 6 games and 1 tournament in one season.

U12 Girls

Players under 12 years old (U8/U10/U12 girls) will have the opportunity to practice once a week throughout the season, with a focus on skill development and enjoying the game. Depending on the number of players registered, we may schedule games or even participate in a tournament. This group emphasizes drills and activities to strengthen fundamental lacrosse skills, foster teamwork, and inspire a love for the sport in a fun, inclusive environment.
